What is it and who is it for?

The most important point to note is that LifeGuide is in beta which means while the software works generally and is usable, it isn't finished yet and will not work perfectly.  You can use it here

Behavioural interventions

The LifeGuide project aims to build a suite of tools that enable researchers and therapists to create, deploy and evaluate internet-based behavioural interventions.  You will be able to constuct and use your own intervention schemes, or reuse others.
