What is it and who is it for?

The portal is a space for you to share resources.  To use the portal just go to  http://portal.ncess.ac.uk and create an account.  This lets you share resources - blogs, wikis, documents and other resources either with colleagues who have also registered (if you want to keep them private) or the world at large (if you want to shout about them).
